SWA app not able to fill credentials?

Hello! I am trying to make an SWA app for a web-based application (specifically Animaker). But when it's clicked, it just goes to the website and won't autofill the credentials and log in. The pop-up from the browser plugin ("sign in with 1 click") appears, but clicking it does not fill the credentials either. I've seen CAPCHA get in the way of SWA, but this page doesn't have a CAPCHA. What else might be causing this? Anybody know a workaround?

You should be able to configure this using the Okta Template App: https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Apps/Apps_Configure_Template_App.htm

More details: I've tried it in both Chrome and in Firefox, and also tested if the browser's autofill works (it does) and if password safe autofill works (it does).
