    Yes. If the accounts aren't synced from Okta then you will want to change the domain of those accounts' usernames. So change them from your federated domain to the onmicrosoft domain and that should do the trick.

     

    If they are synced from okta, create sign-on rule for the app that bypasses MFA, that's at a higher priority than the one that enforces MFA, and scope it to those accounts or a group those accounts are members of.
