    I would check the logs to see if anything jumps out. Also, how did you setup O365? SWA, WS-Fed? Also, did you turn on provisioning?

    Hello Jef,

    I have set up 0365 using SWA,

    an active Directory user is synced to Okta successfully and I have assigned him the application of O365

    I am unable to enable provisioning because they are asking for the global admin creds, which I dont have.

    Is there any other way to log in ?

    You need a set of creds to enable provisioning. Here is how I would approach it:

    * Enable WS-Fed to allow single sign-on. This is NOT provisioning

    * Once WS-Fed is enabled, I would enable provisioning (we use User Sync - research the requirements of all since some choices are not easily reversible)

    * Map required/needed/wanted attributed

    * Assign users/groups to app
