We're troubleshooting a recent issue with Microsoft - for new users who have been provisioned with O365 via OKTA in the last 6 weeks or so, skype for business desktop application will not open. older users previously provisioned with the same settings have no issue on the same system, with the same software.
Microsoft is asking if OKTA is aware of any recent changes to the provisioning process that might be interfering with SforB ? Has anyone seen anything like this, or is having similar issues?
