Skype for business not logging in

OKTA sso redirect: I have 2 computers in my office meetings rooms and every time a staff member goes to log into Skype for business (enter their company email address associated with Office 365) they get this error message " can't sign in to skype for business, you didnt get signed in. it might be your sign-in address or login credentails. so try those again. if that does not work, contact your support team.

When a staff member is signing into Skype for business it should redirect to a OKTA SSO to login and it does not.

after I reboot system it will work properly.

It only get this error message after someone has logged into Skype fro business previously.
