    I don't know if that's your case, but it happened to me before that the admin button was located under a small arrow and by clicking on that this "admin" button was visible.

     

    If this is not your case, do the user have all the attributes in AD same as you do? ( check the account classification attribute ).

    Hi there,

     

    Thanks for your reply. We do not give access to Okta through AD - we are solely cloud based so manually setup each user. All Okta permissions are the same as mine.

     

    I will ask my colleague to check for a little arrow. Fingers crossed - will save me some time finding out what is happening.
