There is an okta to okta setup for the two tenants we are using. We configured SSO in one of the tenants and created a bookmarked app in the other tenant. So when users try to access the application from this bookmarked app they gets redirected to the original one and logins successfully. Now there is this user whose mail id was updated recently. The bookmarked app didn't update the user id. Now the user is not able to sign on from the okta portal. Please suggest what can be done

check the app username in other tenant and update it accordingly
