  • Hello,

If you have secured and managed phone with Okta , you would have to add the Gboard app in Okta deploy it from the Mobile tab to Android or IOS , set the Run time permissions as you wish Aproval settings , assign it to users , after download it from the Company App store .Open and follow the steps :

    1) Enable in settings Gboard

    2) Select Input Method for phone , Gboard

    3) Set Permissions : Allow

    4) Done

You should be able to use it with the Okta mobile app with no issues as longs as the configuration is in place , hope this helps.

    Best Regards
