  • Hi Patrick

Thank you for the community participation. Unfortunately, our API can only pull one group at a time into Okta today. However, there is an effort in play to expand that to additional Jira-* groups. Please stay tuned to our release notifications for future announcements on this subject matter.

We are having the same issue, when an organisation subscribes for multiple Jira OnDemand features like JIRA Service Desk, JIRA Software, JIRA Core as well as Confluence managing the user access is very difficult with only one Group available for provisioning.

Adding another hat to the pile.
