Hi All,
We are having issues with Group Push in ServiceNow, we have 3 ServiceNow environments for Production, Development and Testing. Each is integrated into Okta with Provisioning and Group Push enabled. The issue we are running into is with regard to the External ID - SysID connection between Okta and ServiceNow, users are being assigned a different External ID for each ServiceNow Application that they are assigned to, when we subsequently clone the users between the ServiceNow environments they are becoming out of sync with Okta as the External ID of the User in the Test is pushed to the User in Dev which means we are unable to push the users as they have a different External ID in Okta to the SysID in their ServiceNow profile.
Is is possible to sync up all the External IDs across the Okta ServiceNow Application user profiles, so that all the users have the same External ID across all the ServiceNow Environments?

Hi Andrew,
Thank you for reaching out on our community portal.
Since this is a custom set up I would recommend opening a case with Okta support to have an engineer delve into it.
Also, it would be helpful to mention in the ticket how you are syncing the information between SNow environments (also the documentation that you used to set it up) and if would it be possible to have an initial data sync between the SNow subdomains and then break the link, allowing Okta to update the users accordingly.
