JIRA cloud provisioning
When clicking "Enable provisioning" under Push Groups within OKTA for JIRA Cloud it takes me to the assignments tab and doesn't display any information for me to enter. Under the help notes it appears I should be prompted with a username / password / group as per this article: http://saml-doc.okta.com/Provisioning_Docs/Jira_Cloud_Provisioning.html.

 

Are there additional steps we need to perform first?

     Emilian here with Okta's Customer Support Team, thank you for reaching out to us!

     

     Regarding the matter you've addressed, this seems to be a UI issue. Please try the folloowing:

    - Try doing the same operation from a different web browser;

    - Try using a different administrative account to enable the Provisioning; 

    - Try enabling the Provisioning for a different applicaiton (if available) and if the issue persists, please open up a case with us;
