What to do after downlaod certificate key in salesforce ?

Hi,

I have created one Certificates on production. Its name is "SelfSignedCert_17Apr2017_production". Our certificate for production also is going to expire soon so please let us know what is the procedure to renew it. As I know I need to create one and then send it to you after downloading it.But what will happen to last one which is currently active.

How can I send you downloaded certificate key??

Hi Sandipan,
If you are looking to upload the Okta cert to Salesforce for SSO, all you need to do is just go to your Salesforce app in Okta -> Sign On tab -> View Setup instructions and follow the instructions there. The certificate will be there and details provided on how to set it up in Salesforce.
If your question pertains to a different setup, then please submit a support ticket so we can further investigate the issue and provide guidance.
