SAML SSO with Salesforce custom domain
Hi,

I recently configured SAML SSO with our Salesforce custom domain.

(ex. xyz.my.salesforce.com). I followed the steps specific to SF custom domain.

When user clicks on the Salesforce chiclet, the SAML SSO works successfully, except that, they get signed on to https://ap4.salesforce.com instead of https://xyz.my.salesforce.com.

Any pointers as to what is missing? As stated above, I have already made sure I followed the SAML configuration steps specific to SF custom domain.

Thanks,

Jatin

  • Hi Jatin,

Make sure that your URL and Custom Domain have been updated on the Sign On tab for your Salesforce Applicaiton in Okta.
