Hi,
I 'm trying to configure SSO access from Okta to Kentik using Kentik SAML application
This does not work so I ask Kentik support and we finished to have the cause of the issue.
In Okta "Apps Settings" we can only specify "Company ID" and the URL corresponding to Kentik SP ACS Url specify https://portal.kentik.com/sso/consume/Company_ID
So in Kentik our SP ACS URL is on this form
https://portal.kentik.eu/sso/consume/Company_ID
The problem is that Okta use kentik.com in place of kentik.eu in our case.
Do you have a solution for this case? It seams that European Customers should use .eu domain.

Hi Bertrand,
This is Marius with Okta T2 customer support.
If you're using the Kentik app from the Okta OIN, that would be hardcoded to use https://portal.kentik.com/sso/consume/Company_ID. I would advise trying to add the Kentik app as a custom SAML app in Okta using the metadata information from Kentik. If the issue still persists after integrating the custom app, please feel free to open up a support ticket with us for detailed troubleshooting.
