    Hi Dinesh,

Okta can restrict access for users via Policies and Application assignaments but we don't have "Guest" accounts. The users can be Administrators (a few types) and End-Users . The End-Users only have access to the applications you assign to them.

If the question you are asking is not related to Okta but to your environment you can also check the documentation :

    Accounts: Guest account status (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj852219(v=ws.11).aspx)

Configure Permissions for Remote Desktop Services Connections (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc753032(v=ws.11).aspx)

    Thank you !
