Hi Al,
As of right now there is no way for us to leverage certificate based authentication for mobile. There may be a future iteration of Okta Mobile which will support this, I would submit a Feature Request (https://support.okta.com/help/community) to hopefully push it along! I wish I had a better solution but we're currently limited by the platform.Best,
