It also does not work with iPad OS 13. I just starts then crashes. No updates in the app store yet.
I have the same symptom: Okta Verify app crashes within a fraction of a second of launch on iPhone 7 running iOS 12.4. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling, force restart, etc. no change. Only variation is the exact time it takes for Okta Verify to crash. Usually it crashes so quickly that I just see a brief flash. Once in a while, I get about a quarter of a second to see the outline of the main setup screen before it dies.
