access not allowed to heroku app

I am getting this error while trying to access Okta URL from heroku app which is written using expressjs.

XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://dev-964257.oktapreview.com/home/pixxstudiosdev986584_pixx_1/0oa869i…VsH1HgLqzAxam1Def2c5SKnnwPhV1spYjQtVTmIs3%2F%2BEzOuU%2FO8S97%2B3NP%2FgI%3D. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'https://prog360.herokuapp.com' is therefore not allowed access.
