Not on this time, but there there are existing feature requests for this here in the Help Center if you search for them under "Ideas". This is a feature Okta is actively working on, but voting and commenting on a feature request will let Okta know there is more customer interest and may increase visibility to help get this developed and released.

It does not appear to be so. As far as I can tell there is no way to link Apple DEP to Okta Mobile Device Management.
