Prompt user to log in to app through a push notification.
If a user has not logged into an app in 30 days is there a way to send a push notification through Okta and prompt the user to log in to the app in questions?
- j5v7c (j5v7c)There's a possibility to push a notification to a named user, user's within a group or everyone via the Okta admin console. If you select from the Admin console, Dashboard, Notifications you will be presented with s screen similar to below:
When the user next logs in, they will be shown the message as seen below:
As to how you obtain the user's name(s) who have not logged into the application within the last 30 days, this would probably need to come from the application itself rather than Okta I suspect. But hope the above helps.
