Invoke OKTA User create/update from Servicenow
Hi Team

 

We are looking to make/have user creation onto OKTA based on Servicenow's request approvals. 

 

Use Case in Details:

1. Supervisor creates a new user (Contractor) request in Servicenow.

2. Resource Owner approves the request

3. On Successful approval of request, a contract user has to be created on OKTA with specified end date as per the request. 

4. OKTA will also provision users to down stream applications (If need be). 

 

Can this use case be implemented using Servienow --> OKTA flow ?

  • Hi Katheresh,

     

    Unfortunately, at the moment, creation of user accounts in Okta is not possible through Servicenow's request approval.
