Hi,
We're evaluating our identity solutions and believe Okta may be able to help. I'm new to Okta, but am happy to consider it, if it meets our requirements: Please can someone tell me if Okta can:
1. Create new Active Directory accounts based on a ServiceNow (SN) approval (we currently use Sandiego).
1a. Modify the AD accounts created (e.g. some accounts added to specific groups during account creation).
1b. The ability to create Exchange mailboxes based on SN approvals (we currently have a hybrid Exchange environment, but most of our mailboxes are Exchange online).
2. The ability to modify AD group memberships.
3. The ability to update user attributes in ServiceNow and AD (e.g. extension attributes).
If the above is possible, can someone please point in the direction of roughly what it would take to achieve this? I'm wondering if Okta have standard documentation case studies for this setup.

I already have, but they can't answer my questions for at least 2 weeks. In the meantime, I need to compare competitor products.
Is what I'm asking so out of the ordinary? Surely Okta has done this stuff thousands of times and you can point me in the direction of some of your case studies and blogs?
