Is there a way to control the timeout of SAML token

We need to control the timeout of SAML token.

is there a way to do that for a specific SAML enabled app?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Okta Support.

The applications set their own session cookie like Google or Microsoft Office. Currently, this option is supported by AWS, as mentioned here. Session lifetime can be set in Okta at an organization level ( Okta dashboard- Security- Policies- Okta Sign-on).
