Office365 application visibility based on license assignment?
Hi, We're using Office365 for license and role management. Once user is assigned licenses, we still need to enable visibility of a particular O365 application to view chiclet in OKTA homepage. Can we automate application visibility based on license assignement?Because application visibility (On general tab) is General for all users.Let's say Exchange online license is not assigned to a particular user, but user can still see Exchange in his OKTA homepage (As it's enable for other users.) so a user should not see application chiclet if he is not assigned license for that particualr application. /Parth
chris.hancock1.4756186399413728E12 (Okta, Inc.)Hi Parth, Unfortunately we do not have the ability to dynamically display the O365 chiclets based on the license they have assigned. This would fall under a feature request which can be raised on our help center (https://support.okta.com/help/oktaideas). Once the idea is posted it will need to be updated by members of the community. If it gains enough votes our product team will review the idea and confirm if this will be added to the product or not.As a potential solution to keep uniformity across your user base you can deselect all apps in the O365 selection except for the one labelled Microsoft Office 365. This is the generic chiclet that takes you to the O365 dashboard where your users can then navugate to the apps they are licensed for. Thanks,Expand Post
