OIDC - SPA application not visible on user dashboard after assignment

I am creating an OIDC SPA application in OKTA admin console. After providing required information, when I assign this to me, it is not visible on the my user's dashboard. However, the SAML based application appear in the dashboard as soon as I assign this on my name.

Please suggest what am I doing wrong.
