Has anyone been able to set up Mac Mail client with Gmail (G4W) when using SSO / IWA?
We are having an issue where users who attempt to set up the native Mac email client (iOS or OSX) with our new GMail (G4W) get stuck at the "Signing In" screen during the setup. It looks like the client pops up a Safari browser window which would normally request the user's creds. This redirects to our internal IWA server for SSO where it hangs. We have a global go-live for G4W next week and a large Mac user base so any assistance to solve for this would be appreciated. 

 

We can't be the only G4W / IWA / Mac using Okta customer out there.

    Thanks for posting your question here in the Okta Community!

     

    I am sorry to hear that you are having issues right before a Go-Live for GW4, but for any critical issues that effect your production environment, it is best to contact our customer support team so they can open a case and troublshoot with you directly.
