Overview
This article presents how to verify if the end user is using Okta Telephony (Twilio or Telesign are Okta's Telephony Providers) or the Telephony Inline Hook (Bring Your Own Telephony (BYOT)) due to Okta's BYOT policy.

Solution
- Check Okta System Logs > expand the logs under System.
- Look for the information below:
ORSend second factor auth call SUCCESSSend second factor auth SMS SUCCESS
