Overview
When users access the PENDO EU application, they get an Unauthorized error message on the application's side.

Cause
This is happening because the users did not accept the invitation sent from Pendo when invited to their subscription.
Solution
The solution is to confirm with the customer that the users accepted the invitation sent when added on in Pendo EU.
