Users Cannot Access the Microsoft Teams Application Link on the Okta End-User Dashboard

Lifecycle Management
Okta Classic Engine
Okta Identity Engine

Overview

Enabling the Microsoft Teams display link in the Okta Admin Console resolves an issue where the application is missing from the Okta End-User Dashboard. This missing link occurs because the Microsoft Teams application link remains disabled in the Microsoft Office 365 application settings. Users observe that they cannot see or access the Microsoft Teams application link directly in the Okta End-User Dashboard, even though they have Microsoft Office 365 access.
