The Okta Integration Network (OIN) Box application only supports a fixed set of attributes imported during schema discovery. Custom attributes created in Okta, such as tracking_code, do not apply to attributes on the Box side.

• Okta imports only a fixed set of attributes during schema discovery.
• When configuring Box as an application, Okta displays this fixed set of attributes in the Profile Editor for Box.

Okta does not support attributes outside of the fixed set imported during schema discovery.

To work around this limitation, the Okta Workflows Box Connector and the Update User action card may be used. Review the Update User documentation for configuration details on the supported attributes.
