Overview

When authenticating the API credentials in the Provisioning tab of the SuccessFactors integration, the following error is returned:

Could not verify administrator credentials

Cause

This error can be caused by:

Admin Username or Admin Password values are incorrect.
Company ID is incorrect.

Solution

The Company ID, Admin Username and Admin Password fields are case sensitive. Please ensure that:

Admin Username or Admin Password values are copied correctly and including capitalisation.
The Company ID is correct and properly capitalised.
