Qualified Application Provisioning flow fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:
Automatic provisioning of user <user> to app Qualified failed: Error while verifying if user <user> exists: Unauthorized. Errors reported by remote server: Unauthorized

The API token used to create the API connection is invalid.
Follow the steps below to resolve the error:
- In the Okta Admin Console, navigate to Applications > Applications > Qualified > Provisioning > Integration > Edit.
- In the API Token field, paste the API token copied from the Qualified app.
- Click Test API Credentials, verify the connection was successful, and then click Save.
- Navigate to Dashboard > Tasks to attempt the failed tasks again. Any failed assignments should appear under Tasks.
- After locating the failed task for the user that should be retried, click on Retry Selected.
