Overview

Qualified Application Provisioning flow fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:

 

Automatic provisioning of user <user> to app Qualified failed: Error while verifying if user <user> exists: Unauthorized. Errors reported by remote server: Unauthorized

Cause

The API token used to create the API connection is invalid.

Solution

Follow the steps below to resolve the error:

  1. In the Okta Admin Console, navigate to Applications > Applications > Qualified > Provisioning > Integration > Edit.
  2. In the API Token field, paste the API token copied from the Qualified app.
  3. Click Test API Credentials, verify the connection was successful, and then click Save.
  4. Navigate to Dashboard > Tasks to attempt the failed tasks again. Any failed assignments should appear under Tasks.

Tasks

  1. After locating the failed task for the user that should be retried, click on Retry Selected.
