This article explains the steps required to update an Application from the Okta Integration Network (OIN) catalog that has been published.

In order to make changes to the Application integration that is already published in the OIN catalog, create an updated version of the integration by following these steps:

Sign in to the Integrator Tenant and navigate to Applications > Your OIN Integrations.
NOTE: Ensure to submit the updated integration using the same Integrator org that was used to make the original submission. Otherwise, the Okta OIN team rejects the update.

The published integration appears on this page. Click Update.
This creates a new instance of integration where the parameters can be safely changed. The existing integration remains in the OIN catalog and keeps the previous settings until this new version is published.

Update any existing parameters or add a new protocol.
If an in-progress submission needs to be left at any point, it is possible to return to it through the Your OIN Integrations Page again. When signing on again, the published version and the in-progress version appear. Click Edit on the in-progress version to continue updating.

Once the updates are complete or the new protocol information has been filled in so that the indicator shows 100% complete, click Submit for Review.
At this point, the Okta OIN team is notified, and the submission undergoes the same process as the original submission.
After the new integration version reaches the Publish stage and is published by Okta, it replaces the old one in the OIN catalog.
