Okta can automatically activate new users when they are imported from an application. Configuring the integration for automatic activation eliminates the need for manual activation and streamlines the provisioning process.

Solution
How is automatic activation configured for users imported from an application?
Configure the application provisioning settings in the Okta Admin Console to automatically confirm and activate new users.
- Navigate to the Provisioning tab of the application in the Okta Admin Console.
- Select the To Okta tab.
- Edit the User Creation & Matching section.
- Select the Auto-confirm new users and Auto-activate new users checkboxes in the Confirm new users section.
