Resetting an Okta Verify (OV) token allows an end user to remove an existing device enrollment and transition to a new device. Reset the token by signing in to the Okta End-User Dashboard, navigating to the settings menu, removing the existing enrollment, and following the on-screen prompts to re-enroll the device. If the end user is unable to sign in to the dashboard, they must contact the organization’s help desk for a manual reset.
