Follow the steps below to generate an MFA Enrollment Report:
- In the Okta Admin Console, navigate to Reports > Reports.
- In the Multifactor Authentication section, click MFA enrollment by user report.
By default (without any configured filters), the report shows all users and their enrollments. The chart below is only applicable to OIE tenants.
Administrators can apply filters using the Edit Filters button to obtain more specific details.
- For example, to see users with a telephony enrollment, a filter may be configured with:
- Field: Authenticator type.
- Operator: Includes any of.
- Value: Phone.
- Click Apply to save the filter.
With this filter set, the list of Users is narrowed to only those who have enrolled in a phone-based authenticator.
This report may also be exported by selecting the CSV Export button.
