How to Generate an Okta Usage Report

Overview

This article describes how to generate an Okta Usage Report from the Admin dashboard.

Solution

  1. Log in to the Admin dashboard as an Admin user (Super Admin, Org Admin, Read-Only Admin, Mobile Admin, Report Admin).
  2. Navigate to Reports > Reports.

  1. Locate and click the Okta Usage report.

  1. Choose the period, person, and group if needed, and click on Request report.

  1. An email will be sent to the inbox that is associated with the Admin account that is generating the report.
