How to Convert an Existing User's App Assignment from Individually-Owned Type to Group-Owned type

This article covers how to convert an existing user's application assignment from an individual assignment type to a group-owned assignment type.

To convert app integration assignments from individual to group, do the following:

1. In the Admin Console, go to Applications > Applications.

2. Select the relevant application by name.
3. Select the Assignments tab.
4. Ensure Filters > People is selected.
5. Click Convert Assignments > Select assignments to convert.
6. Select the desired user and click Convert Selected.
7. A confirmation message will be sent to confirm the successful conversion. 
8. Click Back to Assignments. Locate the app user assignment and verify if the user's application assignment changed from an individual assignment type to a group-owned assignment type.
