How to Get Support as an Okta End User

If an Okta end user is experiencing technical issues, it is important to know that Okta Support works directly with designated IT administrators. To get the help needed, contact the organization's Okta Administrators.

  1. Log in to the organization’s specific Okta URL (for example, companyname.okta.com) to open the personal User Dashboard.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page. In the bottom-left corner, look for a link labeled Support or Help.

  1. Click the email link provided in that section. This will automatically address a message to the organization’s internal IT Help Desk or Okta Administrator.
  2. (Optional) Browse the official Okta Documentation for End Users for common fixes regarding login issues, MFA, and dashboard settings.
