Okta end users may have issues or questions meant for the Okta Organization’s IT department (Okta Admin).
Okta Support can only assist the organization's Okta Administrators. Please contact the organization’s Okta Administrators. If necessary, the Okta Admin will open a case with Support.

To contact the Organization's Okta Administrator for Support:
- Log on to the Okta Org to open the User Dashboard.
- Click the email link for Support: Help located at the bottom left corner of the Dashboard.
