This article explains how to set up an email distribution group as the Technical contact.

Solution
Refer to the video or the steps below.
- Create an Okta user account, setting the email address to correspond to the distribution group (list).
- Assign an Okta administrator role to the account created above, as detailed in the Set up administrators documentation.
- Go to Settings > Account > End-User Support, click on Edit, and specify the email address from step 1 in the Technical contact section.
