This article describes how to set End User Support contact details for an org.

Here is how contact options can be configured for when end users find themselves in need of technical support:
- In the Admin Console, go to Settings > Account.
- In the End User Support section, click Edit.
- Technical contact: Designate a technical contact to receive an email when users send a help request. The entered email address appears in all new user registration emails by adding "
${technicalContact.email}". The detailed way to use the email address for new user registration emails can be seen in Customize email notifications. It also appears in the footer of the end user's home page if the Help link option is not used. - Support phone (Optional): Enter a support phone number that will display on Okta help pages. If a phone number is entered, the link Can't access email appears after users click Forgot password or Unlock password. Clicking Can't access email displays a message containing the support phone number.
- Help link (Optional): Enter a URL to create a link to the help site. The link appears in the footer of the end-user's home page. If this option is used, the Help link replaces the email address entered in the Technical contact option.
- End User Help Form (Optional): Display help forms across help & error pages that allow end users to send emails to the technical contact.
