How do users collect Okta Verify logs from an Android device?
Open the Okta Verify application on the Android device, navigate to the feedback section, and submit a bug report containing the affected user's email address.
- Open Okta Verify on the Android device, and tap the triple-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Send feedback. (NOTE: Feedback can also be sent from the Settings page.)
- Select Report a bug.
- Enter the affected user's email address in the Email field.
- Tap the Send button in the top-right corner.
- Provide the affected user's email address to the support team to locate the submitted report.
