To collect Okta Verify logs from an Android device, please follow the outlined steps:
- Open Okta Verify on the Android device, then tap the triple-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Send feedback.

Feedback can also be sent from the Settings page.
- Select Report a bug.
- In the Email label, please ensure the affected user enters their email address.
- Provide the affected user's email address that was used to submit the report to the support team.
- Select the Send button on the top-right.
