Administrators and support teams often require Okta Verify logs from an Android device to troubleshoot authentication issues. Users can collect and submit these logs directly in the Okta Verify application using the built-in feedback reporting feature.

How do users collect Okta Verify logs from an Android device?
Open the Okta Verify application on the Android device, navigate to the feedback section, and submit a bug report containing the affected user's email address.
- Open Okta Verify on the Android device, and tap the triple-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Send feedback. (NOTE: Feedback can also be sent from the Settings page.)
- Select Report a bug.
- Enter the affected user's email address in the Email field.
- Enter the support case number in the Description field.
- Tap the Send button in the top-right corner.
- Provide the affected user's email address to the support engineer to locate the submitted report.
