When an account is already enrolled
- Reproduce the issue once so the logs have relevant information.
- Open the Okta Verify App.
- Tap the account on the home screen to open the Account Details screen.
- Scroll down to Okta Verify Troubleshooter.
- Tap Send Feedback.
- A new screen pops up. Enter the email, a detailed description of the error, and the support case number if an Okta Support case was already opened on this topic, and send the report.
- Once submitted, inform Support which email was used to submit this request so they can review the Okta Verify logs.
