Collect Okta Verify logs from iOS devices for troubleshooting purposes. Reproduce the issue and use the Okta Verify Troubleshooter to send feedback and logs directly to Okta Support.

Solution
How are Okta Verify logs collected on an iOS device?
Reproduce the issue, open the Okta Verify application, access the account details, and use the troubleshooting tool to send feedback and logs to Okta Support.
- Reproduce the issue so the logs capture the relevant information.
- Open the Okta Verify application.
- Tap the account on the home screen to open the Account Details screen.
- Scroll down to Okta Verify Troubleshooter.
- Tap Send Feedback.
- Enter the email address, a detailed description of the error, and the support case number if an Okta Support case exists for this topic, and send the report.
- Inform Okta Support of the email address submitted the request so Okta Support can review the Okta Verify logs.
