Overview
Group Push and Group Rules are not processing and appear to be in a frozen or hung state.

Cause
Various jobs can cause roadblocks for similar triggered jobs. Jobs are completed using a first-in, first-out methodology. This includes group push and group rules. For example, if various import jobs are performed, the first import job that was triggered must be completed before the next import job starts.
Solution
Please wait for the appropriate parent and child jobs to complete.
Depending on the number of jobs queued, jobs may be processed in a few minutes to a few hours.
