Overview
Provisioning a user to Getty Images may result in the following error message:
Automatic provisioning of user to app Getty Images failed: com.saasure.application.generic.client.AppApiException: javax.ws.rs.BadRequestException: HTTP 400 Bad Request

Cause
This is an API authentication error. The credentials for the account used for provisioning are no longer valid.
Solution
Re-authenticate the API token between Okta and Getty Images.
- Go to Admin Dashboard in Okta > Applications > Applications > Getty Images App > Provisioning > Integration.
- Click Edit and then click on Re-authenticate with Getty Images to reenter the Getty Images Admin credentials.
- Once this is completed, click Save at the bottom of the Okta page.
