Overview
This article explains how to identify the device associated with the following error visible in System Log:
VERIFICATION_ERROR

Cause
The System Log does not capture the device name when a VERIFICATION_ERROR is recorded.
Solution
While the device name is not available, the System Log captures other details that can help identify the specific device. This information includes:
- The device's fingerprint ID. For example:
