Cause

The permissions of the account used to enable user provisioning are incorrect on the Databricks side, or the API Credentials (Base URL or API Token) used to create the API connection are invalid.

Solution
  1. On the Databricks side, verify that the account used to enable user provisioning has the correct permissions.
  2. Go to Okta Admin Console and navigate to Applications > Applications > Databricks > Provisioning > Integration > Edit.
  3. In Base URL, enter the SCIM URL from Databricks.
  4. In API Token, enter the SCIM token from Databricks.
  5. Click Test API Credentials, verify the connection was successful, and then click Save.

Test API Credentials

Then navigate to Applications > Databricks > Push Groups, and attempt the group push again.
