Databricks provisioning flow fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:
Automatic provisioning of user <username> to app Databricks failed: Error while verifying if user <username> exists: Multiple users found by userName. Expected 0 or 1 results but was 2

The cause of this issue is that multiple users are found with the same username on the Databricks side.
- Please open a support case with Databricks support. They can help check if there are multiple users with the same username and resolve the issue.
- After confirming that the issue is fixed on the Databricks side, attempt the user provisioning again. Go to Okta Admin Console and navigate to Dashboard > Tasks. Any failed assignments should appear under Tasks.
- After identifying the failed task for the user that should be retried, click on Retry Selected.
