Overview

Custom admin roles are not receiving admin notifications from applications.

Solution

Add Manage applications permissions to the custom role.

  1. Navigate to the Admin console.
  2. Go to Security > Administrators > Roles.
  3. For the custom role, add necessary permissions, select Edit Role from the drop-down > check the Application box, and save the settings.
