Custom admin roles are not receiving admin notifications from applications.

Add Manage applications permissions to the custom role.
- Navigate to the Admin console.
- Go to Security > Administrators > Roles.
- For the custom role, add necessary permissions, select Edit Role from the drop-down > check the Application box, and save the settings.
