Due to changes on the Zoom platform, users Provisioned from Okta by default are provisioned with a Zoom Meetings Basic User Type instead of Unassigned.

Automatic provisioning of Zoom United or Zoom Workplace Licensing with Okta user management requires additional configuration once User Management with Zoom has been set up.
When configuring Okta for the Zoom Workplace Enterprise or Zoom Workplace Enterprise+ plan types, the default Okta configuration does not need to be changed.
The configuration of the "Unassigned" license type from Okta to Zoom can be achieved by performing the following actions:
- Navigate to Zoom application > Provisioning tab:
- Scroll down and click on the "Go to Profile Editor" button:
- Click on the pencil icon for the User Type attribute:
- Add another value under the Attribute Member section:
- Enter "Collaboration" as the Display Name and Value:
- 5. Users with the "Collaboration" User Type will appear in Zoom as Unassigned:
- Users with the Collaboration User Type will appear in Zoom as Unassigned.
